Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you contact us, request a consultation, fill in a form on our website, respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, or enter a giveaway or event raffle, we may collect:
- Your name

- Phone number
- Property address, city or zip code

Information collected automatically when you visit our website. Like most websites, ours collects some technical information through cookies and similar technologies:
- IP address and general location
- Browser and device type
- Pages you viewed and how you arrived at our site
- How you interacted with the site
Information from advertising platforms. When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the information you entered in that form. We may also receive limited information from other platforms where we advertise or are listed, such as Yelp, Houzz, or Google.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or payment card details through our website or our ad forms. Financial details for an actual project are handled separately, directly with you, as part of the contracting process.

How we share your information
We share personal information only in these situations.
Service providers who work on our behalf. We use third party tools to run our business, and some of them process your information for us. These include:
- Zoho CRM, where we store customer and project records
- Email and communication tools, to contact you and send updates
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising platforms, for advertising and measurement
- Website and analytics providers, including our website host and social analytics tools
- Subcontractors and trade partners, where they need your address or project details to do work on your property
These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide their service to us.
When the law requires it. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If our business is sold or merges with another company, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Advertising and tracking
We advertise on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and search engines, and we use their tracking tools to measure whether our ads work. This means:
- We use the Meta pixel and similar tools on our website, which allow Meta to recognise visitors and report on ad performance.
- We may upload contact lists to advertising platforms to reach past customers or to build audiences of similar people. When we do this, the platform matches the information against its own users.
- We may show ads to people who have visited our website before. This is commonly called retargeting.
You can limit ad tracking through your device settings, your browser cookie controls, and the ad preference settings inside Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Your choices
- Email. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop by replying or calling.
- Phone and text. Tell us and we will stop contacting you.
- Cookies. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. Some parts of our website may not work as well if you do.
- Access, correction, or deletion. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy law, including the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, and where it came from
- Know how we use and disclose it
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we delete your personal information
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross context behavioural advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
On selling and sharing. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and measurement tools such as the Meta pixel may be considered sharing for cross context behavioural advertising under California law. If you would like us to stop, contact us at (858) 250-3233 or info@everlastingremodel.com and we will honour your request.
To make any request, contact us using the details on this page. We will ask for enough information to verify who you are before we act on a request, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.
How long we keep your information
We keep customer and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, licensing, and warranty obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and then deleted or archived.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our systems and reputable vendors for storage and communication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are directed at homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our website and our social profiles may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on this page.
